JEWEL CAVE

Entering Jewel Cave is a surreal experience like no other. Jewel Cave is an underground wonderland - a dazzling visual display of some of nature's finest and most meticulous work.

As your guide leads you through the cave's three vast caverns, you will see tremendous stalagmites, flowstones and shawls towering above you. Hear stories of how Tasmanian Tigers fell into the cave and perished.

Admire creations that have taken thousands of years to form - the stalactites and helictites have to be seen to be believed, stretching and suspended across the ceiling like vines and dancing cobwebs.

This recently discovered treasure trove, with its intricate decorations and sheer magnitude is home to one of the longest straw stalactites to be found in any tourist cave in Australia. Your awe-inspiring crystal journey is perfectly complemented with the option of enjoying the Karri Walk Trail at the end of your visit.
